what to expect?
You can expect a series of gentle, floor-based exercises designed to improve postural alignment given with verbal cues. Most of the class will be done seated and/or lying down on the floor. You'll work on lengthening and increasing the awareness of how your body moves through space. By the end of the class, you'll feel more balanced, aligned, and connected to your body.

what to bring?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for full range of motion, such as leggings, stretchable pants, or fitted tops. You won’t need any additional equipment, as the class focuses on using your own body weight and proper alignment techniques. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. If you prefer, you may bring your own towel for extra comfort.
