What type of massages do you offer?
We offer clinical massages tailored for your specific needs. The therapeutic techniques used can range and include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, prenatal, aromatherapy, and myofascial massages.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, you will need to make an appointment for any services desired. You can book online up to one hour before a scheduled session. Group offerings can be scheduled right up until they begin in person or online.
What should I wear during the massage?
You can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Most people undress to their comfort level and are draped with a sheet/blanket for privacy during the massage.
What is the cancellation policy for services?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling services. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge for the service.

Where is the entrance?
The entrance to Body Unbound is on Biddle Street between St. Paul and Calvert. You can enter the black door on the right using the accessibility ramp.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
You will be let inside 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. The doors are kept locked during services to maintain safety on the premises.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, there is free, 2 hour street parking in the neighborhood. There are also a number of parking garages within a 2 block radius.
What types of group classes do you offer?
We offer low intensity, targeted classes focused on regeneration and maintenance of the body through strength, mobility, and anatomical education. Our classes are offered in-person and online via Zoom.
What should I bring to my session?
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated. Exercise mats and tools for class will be provided for in-person participants. You are welcome to bring your own mat and other supplies.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
Yes, our classes are focused on restoration and are suitable for all levels. Our instructors will provide modifications as needed, and more advanced options for experienced participants.
How can I sign up for classes?
You can sign up for classes via our book now button on the website.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, we offer private personal training sessions at $130 per hour. Please contact us for availability.
What is the cancellation policy for classes?
If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged the cost of class.
Can I bring a guest to class?
Guests are welcome! Please be sure they register in advance to secure a spot in the class.
What happens if I am late to my session or class?
For private sessions, you must arrive within 45 minutes of your appointment’s end time. Treatments will stop at the scheduled end time.
Due to the intimate nature of classes, doors will be locked 5 minutes after scheduled start time.
