what to expect?

what to bring?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement, such as athletic leggings, shorts, or stretchable pants, along with a fitted top. Since the class involves rolling and stretching on the floor, you may prefer clothes that are not too loose to ensure comfort and ease of movement.
If you have your own foam roller, feel free to bring it, though equipment is provided. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class!
